Providing a Little Hu-Manatee

The school board has instructed the poor teacher to lead a task force on how to best provide emotional support animals to every student, and insisted that a focus group be formed of parents and past graduates. Unfortunately, they didn't take the exercise quite as seriously as the board might have wanted.
