It's nearly Valentine's Day, and poor Larry the Oscar Fish can't deny his feelings any longer. But when he tells his Pearl Gourami friend Frish that he is in love with Balista, the Orange-Lined Triggerfish in the next tank over, Frish doesn't think there's any future there, and tells him that he should forget the whole thing and just enjoy the "flakes from heaven". Fortunately for Larry, he doesn't listen.
